Crown provides professional expertise to the civil engineering and construction industry. Since the inception of the company over a decade ago the majority of our clients have been within the Highway Maintenance sector and it’s extended supply chain.

We are a small but growing company that provides a personal service. We employ individuals who are committed to the company and to the clients whose business we value.

HISTORY

Crown Arbitrations Limited was founded in 1990 to offer Project Management and Dispute Resolution Services principally to the Construction Industry.

Since that date the company has focused on providing operational and commercial management expertise.

This has included the following services:

* Preparation and negotiations of claims and accounts on behalf of Clients, Contractors or Financial Institutions.

* Planning and delivery of projects from single discipline sub-contracts to complex ‘lane rental’ contracts.

* Providing site teams to supplement client’s in-house resource during busy periods.

More recently the company has become focused upon adding value to organisations by assisting with driving improvements through efficiency and collaborative working.

Reducing
Carbon
Footprints

Carbon calculation in highways works is still in its infancy so there is little benchmark data at the moment to claim significant reductions.

However, through our involvement with the evolution of the Highways Agency Measurement System, we have been able to apply our understanding, influencing designs to encompass meaningful recycling initiatives.

These have included innovative ways to utilise supplier haulage.
